I didn't downrate it, but try to tweak the quality. The voice level varies, and needs to be turned up a bit.

I had this problem at first when I recorded some people with some beats I made and beats I ripped. Try using a headset with an integrated microphone or try to keep him from varying the distance from the microphone during recording, don't let the beat echo in the backround, have him rap wearing headphones and keep everything else quiet.

Ya the bass is too high (distorts) in some of the song areas, for the most part it's better than my songs :). Turn down the bass a little and resubmit you'll get a 9 or ten from me. I voted five though, but I guess you have one zero because it went to 2.50.
